    basic herbs that can be grown and used to heal minor amounts of damage for burn, brute, and bleeding. used similarly to regular first aid items, and could posably be combined with bandages to make poultice

     

     

    There actually are a few things in botany that do this already, they're just super secrit (or more like no one bothers to learn or use them)

    The HUDs can be manufactured. I think it should stay that way. Science must provide.

     

     

    Ahh, no. Science is extremely unreliable/understaffed and they can't even make em very fast. Plus its on the other side of the station!

     

     

    HUD need no outside tech from the tables around and protolathe to build up to, literally takes 2-3 minutes max from start of shift to reach huds and that includes all the clicking and moving time.

I think in the end that sometimes it can be a little annoying when a chef only deep fries or cereal's stuff, but it is still better than a chef that doesnt even work in the kitchen or do his job. At least something is out on the table for people to eat compared to scrounging around in vending machines. If anything I would say part of the problem is hunger not doing more if left untreated or some other rebalance that would make chef and botany very very necessary positions for the crew not to die. Or cargo constantly ordering pizzas :P

    I just need to stop complaining really. Medical and engineering do not appeal to me, and I am very unrobust, so sec and blue shield are out. I was going to try HoP last night, but was made QM.

     

    I've karma'd many competent QMs that run their department well.

    Honestly I'd just finish the vox embassy with a legitimate airlock, then leave like a cloning pod or scanner in there as a hint and let players who care get the parts from R&D and put it together. That way it encourages Vox who want to live in dire times to work together, and it gives clever Vox Raiders somewhere to establish a talonhold.

     

     

    I love this idea, it makes sense for the VOX embassy to have something like this while it not really being funded by NT itself in its own medbay.

    I agree with this, it takes alot of reading and knowledge for people to reach medium RP level. Knowing game mechanics is one thing, knowing the races and interaction and about NT and all that is another thing entirely.

    You have to use a wrench on the stacking machine to unbolt it and then drag it away. That lets you have access to the belt behind the crusher. The stacker is messed up for now. Once ypu do that you can pick up the raw materials the crusher makes.

     

    Ah ok I was trying to use the stacker, knowing it's bugged makes alot more sense now.

    The crusher makes material into metal, glass, plasteel, etc. It does what you want and has it's own room.

     

    I've tried the conveyer belt by the crusher every way I could think of and never gotten it to feed the materials into the room, just spews em out into spess.

     

  9. The only solution I've found is just temporary, give them some anti toxin and send them on their way. Alot of these people seem to be getting intentionally addicted and docs already have more than enough work to do.

    Also, he needs some extra ammo and a SWAT helmet.

    The cargo Autolathe needs an ID lock...

    Way too many blueshields have their way with it.

     

    More like don't give Blueshield ID cargo access since blueshield never does jack to defend the QM
