Secret Phrase?

I am still banned cause i cant find a secret phrase in the server rules. I was told that it was two words and they said i would know it when i see it but ive been looking for two days and i cant find still. I would just really like some help maybe even a hint they haven't said anything and i think they just left me alone :(
