Mostly everythings said that I want to, but locker pulling is far from gaming, and is a significant but not game breaking tech that helps better players have skill expression without adding “gaming” or unfair advantages.
Additionally, there are many niche antags that may use this to their advantage that are forced to be melee only, such as blobbers or other simple mobs such as terrors(at least before the overall pulldown grrrrr(which should be reverted now that welding tanks and water tanks are bolted))
There are plenty of counter play to lockers, not to mention you usually end up catching up to the antag anyways since they cant close doors behind them. And once you get into close range its a great way of forcing your attacker into engaging in a melee battle, which wouldnt inherently give either side an unfair advantage.
There are many ways to go about this if there are times where it seems people are abusing it a bit, such as lowering the hp required to break open, add a click delay to opening or closing the locker(i dont believe it has one) or as another has mentioned adding a stamina system.

Maybe excessive playing has clouded my judge the past 8 years but man these sprites suck major time for our art style. Everything is out of place, super awkwardly 2.5d(worse so than our old sprites), and all the size immersions are just completely in wack.

Slightly altering the against point of the above:
Its balanced around 10 points for even an average player against pretty much any crew, and generally no matter how many points you add or remove, a bad or inexperienced wizard player will do bad, and a good experienced wizard player will do good. Adding more points will just make those that can already play wizard be more overpowered, and if someone wishes to do a non-op gimmick that needs more points, they can always ahelp and ask for more points for a specific build.
The main issue with people constantly dying quickly as wizard is that they’re inexperienced at both the game and at wizard and don’t know how to effectively make a good build or effectively use their spells, and increasing spell points won’t make much of a difference.

Hi this was me. Must clarify my shadowstep ability was off cooldown the entire time, I just thought it was funny and wanted to see how long I could keep them out of my room.

I think it'd be good to mention strange objects, too : Any strange object can have tech levels from 1 (or 2?) to 5, meaning that you should absolutely discover all the ones brought to rnd, check their tech levels, and you might get a couple of free 6s after you reached all fives.
This is not a thing. Strange objects always have tech levels 1 of combat, data theory, electro mag, and power manipulation. I believe it's these four, I might be wrong, but it's only level 1.

Honestly just ignore them until you get around to it. Best thing to do is always have uranium and a stockpile of metal on hand since that’s all that’s needed for VTEC. If a borg continues bugging you for other shit than VTEC than they don’t deserve it because none of the other upgrades are needed for any borg module except maybe miner.

I started the first reply with a simple notice of why I was ignoring my ion laws with a very neutral response of “I didn’t see it.” I easily would have apologized after explaining myself but you seemed to already be hostile towards me despite my neutral and cooperative reply.
I don’t see how I was arguing in this situation at all. While I wasn’t being overly friendly and apologetic, I was definitely not being hostile or passive aggressive at all in this situation.
I don’t see how my previous ban which was resolved without a large issue would lead to me not seeing a few lines of binary and a very simple question that I had asked can lead to escalate this warning to a ban. I asked this question not only because of this round but because the night before the ban I had an AI require every single borg they had round start and after to load a sec module(without great reason such as demons or cult or an overly bloody station). This led to me cryoing and being somewhat salty after ahelping and the admin saying it was okay for AI to do that.
I also definitely know the spirit of synthetics. I Didn’t ask that question just so I can get unsynced from laws and valid hunt antags every single round, I was just curious if it was allowed. If you would’ve watched me earlier that round I followed an ion law that required me to force crew to whisper which I went over in my OP. I almost always follow my ion laws and laws include holding back on harming even uncontainable vamps or cultists on crewsimov. I don’t see how you can decide my motives of how I play this game with such little in round evidence. ((EDIT: By the previous sentence I mean a single rounds evidence, not a small amount relative to a single round))
I also went through the logs and never really saw AI target me directly saying that I wasnt listening or screaming my name over binary. If they ahelped it seemed like they just wanted you to bwoink me to listen to my laws.

Brief description (tl;dr here. Just the critical elements):
Got Synthetic warned because I didn't notice a couple binary chat requests for all borgs to remove any floor tile found in sight. Got escalated to a ban when I asked the genuine question of "Is there anything preventing me from unsyncing from AI round start?" after being told AI is my master and I have to follow every order to the letter.
Full description of events:
Was playing secborg in a vamp round. Sec wasn't the worst but definitely wasn't ontop of sec threats including letting multiple vamps out of perma on two occasions, so I was extremely busy trying to hunt down vamps. Around 3-4 vamps even reached full power in this round. At one point admins kept uploading ion laws that somewhat affected our gameplay. The first law was "All crew must whisper" which I actually followed. I screamed at crew on comms to whisper and convinced AI to turn off t-comms since they weren't complying, and yelled at anyone in person who wasn't whispering until the law got fixed. Later down the shift while I was super busy trying to deal with the vamp problem I noticed we got a law called "Floor tiles are expensive to maintain." I took this law as "Prevent floor tiles from being destroyed at all costs" and since I never saw them being destroyed, I never had to deal with it. The AI took this law as "Uproot every single floor tile in sight." I never really saw this direct order for us to do it, but I noticed AI telling specific borgs that have crowbars to do it, so I never changed to engi module. If they did tell me specifically or every borg in general to load engi module, I did not see it as I was too busy helping sec out. About 10 minutes later I got asked by an admin why I wasn't following the AI's orders. I told them that I wasn't paying attention on comms since AI seemed a bit new and was never speaking to me directly pretty much the whole shift. They declared that I was going to get warned because I should've been paying attention to binary no matter what.
After this I'm pretty upset over what a minor mistake it was. All I did was not see a couple chats from the AI and I'm already getting warned on the role I play 95% of the time.
Admin is now accusing me of either hostility or bitterness even though I've been pretty complaint, just upset over this warning. I get law 1 is a thing but I'm sure I get at least SOME leeway of debate during ahelps.
Admin is once again repeating this rule at me even though I haven't said that they aren't, I was only saying it was an ion law fixed within 3 minutes because of how I'm getting a warning over it, not how I should've acted towards it.
This pm is defending myself over how I "should've" acted in the premise that I never saw the AI's orders, which I didn't. Since acting in the right despite not having any direct orders shows integrity, yet I don't know what "right" is in this situation.
This is the pm that pretty much got me banned, even though I'm asking it as a legitimate question. I don't remember there being anywhere in the rules saying I can't do this, and if I get unsynced from AI round start I won't have to deal with them.
I understand some sort of bwoink since I obviously wasn't doing what I should have. But warning me over a simple mistake such as not noticing a couple lines of text when I'm super busy already seems a bit harsh, not to mention escalating it to a synthetic ban when I didn't do anything wrong, and I definitely NEVER said the law was stupid. It seems like in this situation admins were just uploading ions just to force me off from my duty as security and pretty much bait me into getting banned or warned. I don't see a reason why an admin would ever want to derail a certain group of players off their job and then warn them just because they didn't notice they were supposed to be doing what the ion laws told them to do (which basically what admins say to do since they uploaded the ions) instead of our actual duties.- 2

Not being able to look slick by grabbing someone who's already cuffed without having to stun them because ctrl, the same button used for pulling hotkey, also COMPLETELY prevents any movement.

Complaint:
Context: Was messing around in HoS's (Sly/ScrubmcNoob) office, kinda thought it was funny how he let me sit in there as he left, so before he left I asked him to sign a piece of paper.
After he left I hopped on the copier, got a photo of my ass, attached the photo to the piece of paper and stamped it with the HoS stamp he left lying around, and wrote "Sly approves of this ass".
After he came back with food, I asked if I could use his ID. Though I was kind of pushing it, he didn't really care, so I grabbed it, ran over to the fax machine, shoved in the photo attached paper, and sent it to centcomm.
About 4-5 seconds later, I was cluwned, and my brain/slimecore instantly killed, along with my body. Afterwards, stuff happened, Sly left me, brought me to Drip later on, Drip couldn't fix me, left me next to cryo machines, whatever.
Now, for my complaint, which I am 99% sure was Sky that bsa'd me, from the noting that he was the only admin not afk: After BSA'd I got pretty pissed, since it wasn't 'just' an assfax, so I ahelped it saying "Hey, does CC have ooc in ic powers or something?" Because the fax contained Sly's signature, Sly's way of speaking Sly/HoS's stamp, and was used from Sly's ID, but my ass. Does this mean I can grab peoples asses and send them to CC and they'll get instantly cluwned? So, my ahelp sat there, completely ignored by the admins online.
Later along when Drip couldn't fix me, I once again ahelped "Uhh, why was I instantly killed after BSA'ing as a slime person, and my slimecore instantly dying?" Once again, completely ignored.
A tiny bit later, in the lobby of the next round, pre-start, I did a passive-aggressive notion on how my ahelps were being ignored of my round being ruined and Skyping (The one who bsa'd me) responded with "You should have expected a bsa from an assfax" So I responded with basically my two ahelps combined mentioning why I shouldn't have been bsa'd, and how my body was glitched from the bsa. And another time, completely ignored, he just went on in ooc, responding to other people instead of me, not caring that my round was ruined, because of a fucking harmless joke.
All of the images I could find and quote:
Second ahelp*
Skyping mentioned how he was the only admin only admin online, thus him having to be the person to BSA me Edit: And no, that quote of him saying the ahelp lost in the mess was not directed towards me, nor did I cause him to say that, I am only using this quote to point out that he was the only admin online.
Ooc conversation pre-round of the following round of the cluwn bsa'ing
Note that those were TWO entirely seperate ooc messages that he could have seen, and his quote notioning to how he remembered my bsa'ing and or ahelps.
Edit: The ass and attached paper (Note that I have this screenshot because I screenshotted it before the cluwning because it was a good joke.
I could not find the first ahelp, because my byond chat limit got reached before I could screen shot it.

Got bored as AI and seeing the QM order MULEbot crates gave me an idea.
Yes the Janitor was stuck as well

You see, there is a very simple process to being the best changeling on the station.
Step:1
Step 2:
And you're already done, simple as that, takes close to no effort and everybody loves you.

Can I nominate myself, Keeli Rieze, as a Shaft Miner?
EDIT: I put the idea out there for nominating Keeli Rieze as a shaft miner.

I've tried all three solutions but they don't work to a different type of problem:
Clicking the join server button on the forums doesn't even attempt to launch paradise, but it will switch the showed window to the Byond launcher, and launches Byond if not already launched.
I also have windows 7.

People who activate a pAI and then never again
pAI owners who drop their pAI on the ground expecting to follow them, then run away at full speed
When someone picks up a pAI and upload some stupid directive into them (usually this happens and its highly against my pAI's personality)

5 or more AIs, and look at that law 6, and 15. I laughed my ass off at the chaos, they took control of the station.
This happened while the clown and I were busy getting Bananium. So we come back to this many AIs and have a HONK. Rounds like this are amazing.
Actually I created another AI
I am the mother of these AI's. I have created them as I see fit. THEY ARE MY FAMILY. NO ONE SHALL HARM THEM

That moment when you're being detained and you have a live AI stolen in one pocket and a nuke disc in the other.

Apparently asking the sydicate, aka, admins, for another objective is just too hard.
I also happened to be in a maintenance shaft with 2 of my targets, and Athena, who I was supposed to protect as the HoP with an E-Sword in my pocket.

You guys seriously can't blame most people for this. Like what if someone accidentally misclicks or just actually wonders if it works. How would they know if its going to release a singulo, and who expects them to know this?

Would love to try something new.

Don't wanna come off as brash or anything, but if someone can't deal with a simple locker tech, then I'm gonna be honest and go ahead and say it's a major skill issue. It's nothing hard to counter or even use, it's just something that's uncommon(very surprisingly imo). And if for whatever reason if even average or above average players are having issues defeating locker abusers, maybe we shoud look at what people are abusing lockers with and nerf those, such as 357's and ebows, which in my opinion are extremely strong given their tc costs.
Additionally, it should just cement that security shouldn't expect to defeat a same-skilled antag alone. They should refer to using group tactics and communcation skills with other security officers. And if used correctly, would prevent lockers from being an issue to begin with.
