Reason/Backstory: for the OOC reason, its a character I used on a friends server codebase and I wanted to port the character over to para. For the IC reason, they were raised in a USSP mining fleet and were adopted by humans. They have Both their Nian name (Burrower of the Wandering Void) and human name (Icelita Insularis) for this reason. They prefer using the human name.
