Used to burn anything you don't want to fire into space. Except people, there's something else for that.

If you can't space something out of waste disposals then instead you could be bring it here to be burnt. Currently there doesn't seem to be a way to get into the combustion chamber on the far west without either hacking the door or installing a security camera so the AI can open it for you.
Once you do have access simply place everything in the combustion chamber. Close the doors. Turn on the pumps below the large Plasma and oxygen tanks and then flip the switch on the wall below the no smoking sign to ignite the plasma.
To shut it off, turn off the pumps below the large tanks and then press the button on the wall to vent the fire. Easy. But try not to burn down the station by accident.

Got something or a corpse you want to get rid of? Bring it here! Given that this is a low traffic area it can be great to hide stuff, burn stuff or space stuff. Additionally if you need an entry point because you a some sort of nuclear loving crazy person then you can smash through the window or wall and it's then only a short walk to the bridge.
