Once you do have access simply place everything in the combustion chamber. Close the doors. Turn on the pumps below the large Plasma and oxygen tanks and then flip the switch on the wall below the no smoking sign to ignite the plasma. To shut it off, turn off the pumps below the large tanks and then press the button on the wall to vent the fire. Easy. But try not to burn down the station by accident.
