The gas turbine is an alternative way to produce reliable power, exclusive to an Atmospheric Technician. Although it will probably be the last power source to be set up on the station, it is still capable of producing upwards of 50 kW.
You can accomplish this with a method of utilizing differential temperatures between hot and cold air, the hot air being made from burning plasma and oxygen gas mixtures, and the cold air is created by passing air through cooling tubes located in space.
