Major Corporations
Although NT is the most powerful single corporation, many others exist. They generally have little choice in working with NT, but seek to compete if they can. Funding the Syndicate can often help them get a leg up, or at least revenge.
BioTech Solutions
A large-scale producer of biotechnology, they originally invented the long-forgotten "Bleepsky" (which was operated by a human brain.) which was later replaced by NanoTrasen with "Beepsky", which was superior in many ways. BioTech Solutions have shifted away towards any ties with NanoTrasen and instead market their technologies towards more "off the grid" corporations. BioTech Solutions was originally meant to only produce cyborgs but later shifted in all directions involving biotechnology, mostly due to NanoTrasen surpassing them in the cyborg industry.
Einstein Engines Inc
Einstein Engines was once a very large and powerful corporation owned by two companies and was the leading manufacturer of various engineering equipment, they primarily manufactured on Earth, however once Earth had become too toxic they rapidly dwindled into a bankrupt corporation that ended up using cheap materials in their products. As of today Einstein Engines Inc is still struggling to rise back up to their once powerful throne, however NanoTrasen is generations ahead of them.
Waffle-Donk Inc
A recent merger has brought the two most powerful snack industries together. Donk Pockets and Waffle Co Waffles are now poised to sweep the galaxy with addictive, tasty treats. Many rumors spread shortly after Waffle-Donk Inc's creation, detailing how various addictive substances have been injected into the products though no actual proof has been found of this. Waffle-Donk Inc markets their products directly towards many Space Stations and Mining Colonies.
