It's still trying to brute force the password, however the network password changes every time the password is entered incorrectly so it will take a very long time to brute force. The hull breach was easy to finds, considering displays hanging from the ceiling pointed you AWAY from it. Once there you see a metallic canister looking object with various electronic circuits sticking out of the sides and with large jagged heat sinks.
