Port the actor sprite vibrate anim from being drugged to regular walking?

Really simple tiny thing, maybe a stupid idea.

There's currently a sort of animation where a humanoid sprite can slightly vibrate when the humanoid has taken drugs to make them more energetic / high. 

Could this vibration effect be applied while a character is running/walking (only during voluntary movement, so not dragged or pushed etc.) to imply their body moving as they walk? It might break up the monotony of the person sliding along the floor upright as they move. 

A super hackjob implementation could be to just trigger it while at least one directional movement key is pressed in the client.
