Arvenius Posted December 5, 2019 Share Posted December 5, 2019 (edited) A computer that could be kept in the PA room that searches for a nearby gravitational singularity or energy ball, and returns the value of the energy variable. This would be very useful for maintaining a stage 4 singularity safely, or for helping engineers better understand the way the PA and singularity stages work. Alternatively, it could be a downloadable piece of software for a console, much in the same way that the Supermatter Monitoring program can be used to view the integrity of a supermatter shard remotely. If possible, this computer could also announce if nearby field generators switch from on to off, to notify the station of containment failures.
