Thats.... should be bannable

Funnnnnny that you should mention that.

Under Rule 2:

Regarding "Powergaming":

The Server Staff retain the right to ask you to tone down what is perceived as being excessive powergaming that causes noticeable disruption to the rest of the playerbase. Powergaming is readily defined as the prioritization of amassing mechanical advantages for yourself, to the detriment of the enjoyment of others

People have gotten in trouble for doing less shitty things than described in the OP. The more you know ?

How to retrieve the disk:

Step 1: Highlight the NSS Cyberiad, either by clicking it, or drag selecting it with the box selection tool.

Step 2: Select the translate/move tool (default hotkey "W")

Step 3: Using the arrows that appear, move the station's Z positional value so it leaves the Z-level, thus leaving the disk behind.

Step 4: Obtain disk.

How to secure the disk (normal version):

  1. Carry it anywhere on your person

How to secure the disk (nukeops version):

  1. Carry it anywhere on your person
  2. Move your person somewhere secure, ideally somewhere where you have a terrain advantage against the operatives (like brig, where you can shoot lasers through windows, and rechargers are nearby, or the bridge, which you can bolt down to prevent entry, even using emags).
  3. In the event that your location is compromised, order nearby crew to follow you, choose a new secure location to flee to, and goto 2.

How to know which version of the above to use:

  1. If anyone is talking about NUKIES on the radio, use the nukeops version.
  2. Otherwise, use the normal version.

Proper way to secure the disk is...place it in your bag. Let the crew fight the nukies. If they manage to get to you and kill you, they earned the disk. Celebrate their victory in deadchat. If they don't manage to get to you, escape on the shuttle and celebrate your victory via stationwide announcement. New round begins soon, skippy, no hard feelings. ?

Navera Reach's guide to DA FUKKEN DISK

  1. As the captain, watch as everyone immediately knows how to handle firearms the moment the nukies are declaring war/gets spotted
  2. Acquire a service borg/the bartender and have them mix your drink of choice
  3. Sit back and relax as the nukies die five steps away from their shuttle by sheer incompetence
  4. Get kidnapped by abductors
  5. ?????
  6. Profit

Just implant it into the clown...

Have a drink of your choice

And just watch nukies murder the clown horribly.

Perhaps arm the clown with a bomb that detonates on his death...

Congrats you are probably dead by now

Actually. You can't do this. There is a check on the surgery that forbids implanting the disk. There is also a check on the surgery that makes sure you didn't put the disk in a box and try to implant the box.

	if(istype(tool, /obj/item/disk/nuclear))
		to_chat(user, "<span class='warning'>Central command would kill you if you implanted the disk into someone.</span>")
		return 0//fail

	var/obj/item/disk/nuclear/datdisk = locate() in tool
	if(datdisk)
		to_chat(user, "<span class='warning'>Central command would kill you if you implanted the disk into someone. Even if in a box. Especially in a box.</span>")
		return 0//fail

Now I want to know if it fits in a syndicate storage implant

  • 3 weeks later...

Connect the disposals system at cargo to itself and send the disc on an infinite round trip across the station. By the time they figured it out they'll die of old age.
