[Title] & [/Title] /= Whatever is in-between this, automatically renames the Paper to what is in the [Title] field. The ability to correlate your occupation to your load out. If you spawned in as a Head of Personnel, you will spawn in with whatever paperwork you had set to spawn and the html applied.
