  1. I have a ton of peeves of people, and am not going to cover all of them: - People who want to have better role-play, then don't role-play * Refuse to do paperwork for jobs that are supposed to do paperwork * Generally, doing something just because it's 'faster' (not doing paperwork, Tesla every shift, most powerful chems, no anesthetic, breaking into places, not role-playing, etc) * Refuse to use self-preservation when a threat risks their safety just to 'try to be the hero' as most every role excluding war declaration by Nuclear Ops (though should still act untrained if they don't have the actual records to support them being trained with weapons) * Refuse to act out pain when not taking anesthesia (as a carbon-based life-form) * Yell at everyone for really stupid reasons (especially towards those who are new to the game, aren't very good yet, and are trying to learn in-game by role-playing it) * Inversely, not helping people in-game who are trying to learn in-game (usually the same people yelling at these people; show some human decency and teach them using role-play) * Those who act outside their role, such as doing surgery when a surgeon is right there (especially when they have no record they can do said thing in their employment record) - People who feel they are entitled to everything going their way * Break into places you don't give them access to (gateway) * Generally, those who break into anywhere to try to steal (you could properly give a reason you need something and someone might give it to you) * Inversely, those who refuse to give something reasonable to someone just because they might be an antagonist with a good reason/wants to do something fun for people * Those who act like absolute brats to security all the time and demand release/lawyer (if you know you are innocent, act calm, not freak the fuck out; they'll be more likely to actually listen to you) * Demanding Head of Personnel assistance immediate at round start because you didn't give the job you wanted/don't like the people you are working with - Those who try to always interact with the Captain rather than the appropriate department, such as reporting threats to security * Those who call out for Captain for really any reason other than survivor situations or Head of Personnel needs without a Head of Personnel

  2. I mean, what did you think was going to happen? This, KoS is meant to be there so that if security has no choice but to kill someone they don't get labeled murderers. Its not a magic loophole to allow you to execute the clown for escaping from prisoner processing.

  5. Today I tried something I had in mind for some time. Trying to declare independence fro Nanotrasen, as the Captain of the Cyberiad. I started the round by going to HoP's office and telling him my intentions, after a little speech about "those umproductive regulations. the burden that is SOP to the crew" and many many more. Then I told him to get someone to get a GPS to CentComm, but he ended up doing it himself, so I organized with CE and the mechanic to build him a spacepod in order to find it. After some trouble with the mainboard, the chief engineer asked me about this mission and I told him to go to my office, where I told him again what I had told HoP. Things were going somewhat well, but HoP being in space made the NT Rep and Blueshield worried about it being in a violation of SOP. Blueshield asked me about this mission, for which I only replied with "Freedom is coming" and "You'll learn soon" (I ain't disclosing information to Nanotrasen special envoyes). Then the representative came to my office, asking for details, which I denied to him once again, and tried to earn time while HoP was still floating arround searching for centcomm. In the meantime I was planning ways to get a gps to centcomm via the cargo shuttle. After 5 minutes, CentComm made an announcement: He demanded me to fax them the details of the secret mission I've sent the HoP on, under threat of being put down by operatives. After dealing with RD for an unrelated issue, I went to my office and announced my real intentions: Breaking the chains that subjugated the cyberiad under NanoTrasen, and declaring the independence of the Independent Republic of the Cyberiad via announcement. This was followed by a moment of confusion by the crew, followed by some voices speaking on favour of the independence, and people standing by my side. Bad news, the specops from CC were already at the door to my office, ready to get me into CC. Upon my arrival to CentComm, the crew was spamming support for the republic in the Public chat and both HoP and CE were singing revolutionary phrases into command's channel while I was awaiting for my execution. I was tied to a chair, and after a short argument about who betrayed who, I got a bullet between my eyes from one of the spec ops, while hearing screams for revolution. But what CC (nor anyone who boarded the shuttle by that matter) knew, was that HoP and CE had planned for one to get on the shuttle with a GPS, for a succesful BSA of centcomm! >:D Then I tried it again, but admins pmed me so... one thing is killing the cap, other is banning him ;-;
